New Investors for Puerto Peñasco!

First the CAVEAT: Danger Will Robinson! Last year I announced we were going to get serious about promoting Peñasco and what you’re about to read is simply another baby step in that direction.
The following has nothing to do with ‘pumping & dumping’ real estate in Peñasco and will not appeal to anyone other than one, two or three very conservative-thinking property owners (homes/condo’s) who might be interested in exploring a possible/potential and modest ROI (return on investment).
To put that all another way: All land-sharks, cheats, con artists, blow-hards, thieves, and silver tongued get-rich-quick clowns can move on (right now) as this project will ultimately involve full disclosure (big fonts, too), full compliance, be fully monitored, controlled and transparent with no smoke and mirrors, etc.
So if you are still reading then this is what you need to ponder. Since the worldwide financial collapse, now going on six (6) consecutive years, a particular segment of the real estate market has actually grown in the USA, Canada and recently in Mexico and continues to generate respectable ROI’s (return on investments) for the participating owners.
Additionally, data clearly illustrates that although still in its infancy this particular real estate market--- which initially only attracted high-net-worth “sophisticated-investors”--- is now appealing to a much broader segment (middle-class working folks) who are also interested in market and a decent ROI.
As such, we’re in the process of building a new stand-alone web presence. Through an aggressive marketing campaign, when it’s fully developed we will be pursuing a share of that market to attract potential buyers (investors) from the S. W. USA (initially) to Peñasco and have them consider participating in this real estate trend that we intend to make available here in Peñasco.
I apologize for being ambiguous at this point but this ‘is’ business; and to make a longer story short we are also seeking, initially, no more than three (3) property owners here--- who own a home/condo that is basically sitting ‘idle’--- who would like to discuss the particulars ‘behind-the-scenes’.
The type of home/condo that interests us are those that are: A.) Fully paid for (PIF; paid in full). B.) New, or near new. C.) Fully furnished. D.) Have all or most Bells/Whistles including ‘wireless’, satellite TV, etc. E.) The more amenities the better. F.) Require no improvements. G.) Have no ‘title’ issues.
For those interested simply shoot me an e-mail with a basic (generic) description about your home/condo and I will respond with more details; but please, if you are in need of a quick sale/rental or profit etc. this IS NOT FOR YOU as this is a long term project and will take the required time to develop.
Also please note, I have no interest in or time for ‘chatting’ with those whose only goal and objective is to attempt to discover and then exploit what we are ‘building’, or those who are just curious. I assure you if I even sense either type of inquiry I will not respond so don’t waste your time.
